My Brothers,

My Brothers, by the time you get this publication Orlando Lodge No.69 have had two stated meetings and one Fellow Craft degree and are about to perform a Master Mason degree, we are planning to do the second section again by ourselves. I've put that task of putting together the second section team to our Senior Warden. The degree should take place early February. So if you haven't attended Lodge in awhile I'm sure we can use your help or at the very lease you'll be entertained, our last two we did I’m very proud of. On my first stated meeting I outlined my quarterly charities and projects for the year and they are as followed:

Charities

Hospice of the Comforter (January 1st to the end of March)

The Mustard Seed of Central Florida (April 1st to the end of June)

Edgewood Children’s Ranch (July 1st to the end of September)

Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida (Oct.1 to the end of Dec)

Projects

1st Quarter - Masonic Home Pilgrimage Day

2nd Quarter - Local Community and or Charity Event

3rd Quarter - Fund Raising Event for our Building Fund

4th Quarter - Thanksgiving and Christmas Events (Both for

Masons and Charity)

I expressed my desire to have a fun year with harmony and involvement not only our members but from the Masonic District, Masonic Youth and the community. This year will bring many changes to our Lodge Building itself as we are in the early stages of construction. The first of two phases which will bring more storage and a larger dinning hall. We need your input and ideas so please come to Lodge and see what’s going on.

My Brothers,

This year is off to a great start. Let us continue the tradition that has kept this Lodge going and push ourselves beyond our four walls. The WM has outlined what will be a great year of growth, charity and fellowship. As always, if you have not been to lodge for a while, now would be a good time to return. There are many new brothers to meet and events to attend. The lodge is only as good as it’s members, lets make Orlando GREAT!

From the Scribe

My Brothers,

My Brothers, a new year is upon us, and things are moving swiftly. A reminder to all of you that move, when you do, please the me know, because the forwarding of the Trestleboard and other lodge notices that are sent snail mail cost the lodge a dollar plus, and when we are working from a restricted dollar base, every dollar needlessly spent hurts. When you move, please let me know.
